The Services We Provide

Single-issue support. If you have a technical issue that requires additional help to resolve, or a configuration that needs straightening out, then this service is a good choice. Charged hourly for configuration issues, or on a flat-fee for simple technical issues.

This is often used by new customers to try our service out.

Help, advice and mentoring. If already have your Linux system up and running, but need help to bring your admin team up to speed, this service is for you. If your sysadmin just left the company and his replacement is struggling, this service is for you. If you have gaps in the knowlege of your sysadmin team, this service is for you.

We can work with your existing team providing assistance and guidance with specific issues or technical solutions. We can provide this service on an ongoing basis, or on an as-needed basis.

Full installation or configuration service. You need expertise to set up your new Linux system or repair your existing Linux system, and we can provide this. Normally we provide this service at an hourly rate. We can provide configuration for a single service (maybe, for example, Samba or Apache) or for an entire server, or even a suite of servers.
